Las Cruces, New Mexico is commonly refered to as the "Northern Capital of Mexico".
A great number of the hispanic population fly the Mexican Flag, we think if they are that proud of their Mexican Flag, they should move back there and take all their friends & family with them!!! They aren't boasting the American Flag on their front license plates and antennas.
