Agree 100% This real estate agent “Ross” is trying to mislead people. Hey Ross, why don’t you tell them that Hobbs is consistently in the top 5 most violent crime statistics for New Mexico? Or the unemployment rate of Hobbs and how violent crime and property crime are tied to unemployment? How about how New Mexico itself is consistently on the top 5 most violent states per capita rankings? Also, people in Hobbs, specifically the service industry, are hands down the rudest people I’ve ever met in my life. I’ve lived here for 6 years and what I’m saying isn’t an isolated incident, it’s an ongoing trend.
