Review of Wilton Manors, Florida

Stable, low-density and gay-friendly
Star Rating - 1/10/2015
My home town of wilton Manors has transformed from the early 1960's to present, having ups and downs along the way. Following a downturn in property values in the 1990's, Wilton Manors experienced a startling renaissance in the early 2000's, during which quality of life, housing quality and home prices all surged. Largely, this was attributable to a pronounced and sustained gay gentrification of Wilton Manors. By the mid-2000's, this small enclave of Greater Ft Lauderdale had become the fastest growing gay community in America. Today, Wilton Manors is a wonderfully inclusive, open-minded and liberated community of gays, lesbians, their children and, of course, tolerant heterosexual families.
