Don't move here unless you've got lots of money. The postage stamp lot 2000 sq. ft houses START at 450K. Personally, I think the bubble's about to pop. I am selling my 5 year old, poorly built home and moving to Texas where I can buy a house for cash. Oh, and salaries are higher than the rest of the country either. I'm getting a 25% percent raise by moving where I have to fight for my 3% here.
