How hard is it to fine work?

We are wanting to move to Tennessee in next 2-4 years from CA. Hate CA! Husband is a highschool teacher and football/girls basketball coach. Would he have a hard time finding work? Daughter is a physical therapist- same question? Thanks

Tons of PT programs in the state so jobs are limited to long term care, hard to find in the good cities like Chatt or Knoxville. Salaries here are low but OK based on coast of living. TN is VERY diverse by city - some cities are great, some are hell holes.

Jesus please don't move here. The mass exodus from CA has already brought tens of thousands to Nashville, completely changing the city and making unlivable for Nashville natives. Nashville is responding by replacing classic shops and services with those catering to young, wealthy, white, Instagram influencer women. A lot of CA hate here now.
