MY FAMILY AND I LIVED IN SUMMERVILLE FOR 3 AND 1/2 YEARS, THE CITY IS BEAUTIFUL, SMALL, WITH COUNTRY FLAVOR AND THAT KIND OF PEOPLE THAT GREEDS EVERY BODY WHILE WALKING IN THE STREETS OR SHOPING CENTERS, THEY HAVE SESONAL PARADES AND THE CRHISTMAS LIGHTS AT MAIN STREET ARE SIMPLE BUT SO BEAUTIFUL. RESIDENTS IN SEVERAL NEIGBORHOODS WE VISIT WERE FRIENDLY AND SUTHERN HOSPITALITY IS ALWAYS PRESENT. GREAT NEIBORHOODS I LEFT HOUSE, CAR AND GARAGE OPENED A LOT OF TIMES WHILE OUT AND NEVER WORRIED CRIME RATE IS NOT AS BAD AS CHARLESTON CITY (NOT EVEN CLOSE). SCHOOL DISTRICT II IS RECOGNICED AS ON OF THE BEST IN S.C. KNIGTHVILLE ELEMENTARY'S TEACHERS ARE GREAT, SECURITY AT SCHOOL IS GOOD. MANY RELIGION DENOMINATIOS, THE QUESTION HAVE YOU FIND A CHURCH? IS A MUST. FROM ONE OF THE FAREST PART OF SUMMERVILLE TO I-526 TAKES APROX (A.M.)25 MIN (P.M.)UP TO 40 RUSH HOUR. GREAT HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES $$$ AND IF YOU LOVE GASTRONOMY THERE IS MANY RESTAURANTS IN DOWN TOWN CHARLESTON AND MAGNIFICENT HISTORICAL SITES. OF COURSE ALL SERVICE ARE CLOSE. GREAT BEACH IS ABOUT 45 MIN IN TRAFIC AWAY. IF YOU LIKE HUMIDITY..ONCE YOU GET TO KNOW IT YOU’L LOVE IT...
FYI.SEWER IS BILLED SEPARADLY FROM WATER SERVICE. WE LOVE BROOKWOOD SUBDIVISION.
