Review of Texarkana, Arkansas

Bombed Out, Broken and Depressing
Star Rating - 12/3/2016
While Texarkana, Texas can look relatively neat in places, the "Arkansas side" is another story. The majority of this community is infested with crime, homelessness, and unbelievable poverty. Many of the buildings on the main drag (9th St) are either shuttered or rotting on their foundations. Hardly any big chain businesses are here except a small number off the interstate. You have to "cross over" to get anything of value. It's a town where even waiting at a stop light can be nerve-wracking. Very post-apocalyptic. STAY AWAY!!!

I Agree with most of your statement . Texarkana is just a giant Toilet Bowl and it smells like one and if you can find a woman under 200 lbs including the HighSchools good luck.. I stayed in Texarkana for 4 years and chose to stay single because the whole town is married up with cousins or whatever person they can find to bring into the disfunctional enviroment. hygene is a big problem also since the sink water comes out brown. This Place is Great if your a alcoholic or want to become one everyone dresses like they are homeless anyways. Take my Advice if passing through just pull over to the side of the road take a good dump and keep going no one will even notice.
