CRIME IS CRAZY HERE!!! and police never come

I have lived many different places and have never lived somewhere where the cops never will come. I live in a nice suburban neighborhood and when we call the police they say they are too busy, they will get to it later. Are you serious I never thought anyplace was like this.

Where in Franklin twp could you possible live that crime is "crazy"? We haven't had any issues in 7 years other than a stupid kid doing donuts in the common area.
