Review of Vicksburg, Mississippi

I'm going to leave
Star Rating - 6/22/2006
The city/county government will not cooperate with one another and despite gaming the school tax rises each year with no visible improvement in the education system. Vicksburg has a very high volume of welfare families, not for the lack of jobs, but due to the lifestyle they were raised to expect. I grew up here and have watched Vicksburg deteriorate in the last 10 years with the influx of Mexicans and Blacks who thrive on welfare and drugs I plan to move upon retirement.
