Great place to live if you don't mind 9 months of

Beautiful water and mountain views, enticing wailing culture, bars, restaurants and upscale shopping. Lived here for 7 years now and lookig to move to someplace sunnier and warmer. I will say though I could see myself coming back if only for 6 months of the the year when I retire!
