Review of Ithaca, New York

Ithaca a liberal cess-pool
Star Rating - 7/12/2021
I was born, raised, educated there (Ithaca High and Cornell). In my opinion, before leaving to pursue my career, it seemed like the most beautiful, clean, low crime, God-loving, family-oriented, small sized city in the US. Many years later, when I returned, I found a cess-pool.

Are you kidding? I am 54 living in California. My grandkids live in Ithaca and every time we visit, it's a blast going to the science museum, the lake, the parks, the falls, the Monkey Run trail, the Museum of the Earth, the library, Cornell just to run and for sporting events like hockey games. My grand kids love it and so do I. For those of you with kids considering moving here, do give it serious consideration. I would have loved to grow up here!

I forgot to mention, that Ithaca is not a kid friendly town; no safe and inviting places for social gatherings, no Community youth/family centers in the downtown area. It is a very cold atmosphere kind of city.
