I came to this lovely place only 9 years ago with my husband and daughter to renovate and reside in my husbands Grand mothers summer home here. I was so surprised at the incredible amount of people that still remain here for generations and even more come back every year for the 4th of July festivities. The summers are amazing here and the pepole are warm and a wealth of history of all the local color is always at your fingertips. The clubhouse and tennis courts are the meeting ground as well as the private beach. It is a fun and charming place to bring up your children.
