What is it like in Bowdon?

Hi All,
My husband and I are considering a move to Bowdon. We will build a house on 4 acres, that is in the family. We have a home based business (promotional product printing and fund raising solutions). We are empty nesters, but we have family visit us, and we have family that live in Bowdon as well. We would like to have a few crops and some goats too. Any feedback would be much appreciated.
