This website info about Riviera Beach, FL is a little misleading. There are subsections of Riviera Beach ie. Singer Island and Palm Shores that are 95% White. Singer Island median home price is about $400,000. Palm Shore is close to that. There are many many million + home on Singer Island, which is a barrier island, but shares the same zipcode as Riveria Beach, which is 95% Afro-American.
Also, the 55 days of 90 and above temperatures are not correct. It is more like 120 days. It is in the middle September and we have 90+ temperatures every day and it starts in early June. The comfort index is about 3 or less. If you like icky sticky long summers, ducking Hurricanes every year, over inflated cost of living, below average pay, then you should move to the East Coast of Florida. As for me and mine, we are moving to Idaho!
