Friendly people, nice clean area with families who have values, well-laid out subdivisions, homes with yards kept up with pride, people wave hi as they drive by, hold doors open as they go in the stores with you, smile as they walk by, etc. The four seasons are nice, and no extremes. A lot of newer areas as the city is growing, a great suburb and easy to get to the city, plenty of shopping of both national chains and locally-owned businesses. Great cost of living and affordable, well-built homes and townhouses. Surrounding suburbs are very nice, too. Very good schools in the area and great post-secondary schools nearby of all types. I've lived in other towns and cities around the country CA, IL, GA, MO, WI and this is by far my favorite.
