you need atleast 3 acres to even be able to build a home here, so no one is being pushed out, at all... Its a beautiful place to live and to raise a family or simply retire here. The community it tight knit and there is always something for a family to do here. At night, its peaceful and you hear cricketts and you are able to see a beautiful star filled sky. Alot of people wish to move here for the peace and quiet, and to be in better community to raise their children. White House Station gets a 100 stars!
