Ive been living in phoenixville my entire life, looking to get out though. In the area there are a few parks. Valley forge is right outside phoeniville, about 10 minutes. Theres always lots of people and they are friendly. However a raw sewage pipe exploded in valley forge and it dumped into the creek that eventually leads into the schuylkill river, which is already too polluted to go in. They had one sign in the park that said stay out of the water because it wasnt safe.. there were people in the water who didnt see the sign with their dogs drinking the unsafe water. theres also hopewell and saint peters which are kind of close by, theyre pretty nice.
