Review of Hendersonville, Tennessee

Quality of Life
Star Rating - 9/25/2005
I have lived in Hendersonville for nearly 9 years. It has grown dramatically in just that short time. As part of Sumner Co., it has been forecast to become the "next Williamson Co." an area known for good schools, massive development and soaring home prices. The quiet, pastoral quality of the area which attracted me to move here is all but gone now. An area on Old Hickory Lake that was known as the summer homes for Country Music, is now another bedroom community for Nashville, but with a better family quality of life. Expanded and improved highway systems such as I-65 and 386 Vietnam Veterans Hwy. make Hendersonville no longer the impossible commute it once was. An area now primarily for families with children, focus is on good schools and better sports. Access to the lake makes it attractive to sportsmen as well.
