The stated population of somerset over 2000 must be in error. Having lived in the real somerset prior to the damn. It was a village of 220 people. When it was relocated to Loren White's field and James ringbaugh's field in 1962, it's population was not much over 250.
If some one is stating a population of over 2000, they must be counting dogs,cats, and bugs.
