If you are expecting an environment where the disabled have full access and rights granted by the Federal ADA Law from 1990, think again. The area doesn't receive the support or attention from the local township or police departments. No one admits to taking responsibility. Currently being investigated by the Justice Department. Do your homework and look for a supportive community and local government.
