Hi Nicholas, thanks for your review and honest comments on St. Augustine, Fl. I'm looking to move out of the Homestead, Florida, like yesterday, which is where I've lived for about (27) years, to relocate, possibly, to the St. Augustine historical area, I have a 12 yr. old, are the schools good in St. Augustine that you've heard of? Are there rampant ATV, two wheel dirt bike riders on the streets down there, which is one of the reasons I'm moving out of Homestead, Florida, aside from the thuggish, population moving in to Homestead.
