a good place to raise a family

A little costly to live here in Ct.,especially in Mystic.
Good colleges and universities are everywhere in CT.
Plenty to do and things to see. Mystic has very little crime.
Hard working well educated community. I would prefer milder winters
but their not too bad. I've lived here all my life and there isn't
much I would change
