We just heard from good friend last week that this area is really growing. The housing developements and the homes being built are catering to two categories: new duplex housing communities (like the home we own, bought it January 2005 for 162,000) for middle income families. The other category is made up of extremely large homes for those commuting from the large cities 1-2 hours away.
