The City of Warren has built several apartment buildings in the City of Warren. Some are rented based on income the others at market rent which has been $600 to $700. Also there has been Condo's built in the City on the River. I beleive there are ten units, however only one has sold at the present time. The population is an aging population and apartments are needed, they are selling there homes to get into a more secure atmosphere.
