Really Nice Place, but Horrible Weather

I've lived in the city for about 5 years now and I've enjoyed it, it's close to new york and my son likes the schools as "the teachers are friendly and nice" (In His Words). The only problem is the weather, it can get up to -5 degrees in the winter, it is so cold, we often have to wear proper winter wear in spring, and in the summers it can get ridiculously hot, going up to 100 or 99 degrees, This is an amazing place to live, but unless you can stand the weather, don't stay here.
