Oakmont is not a best place to live

I owned a home in Oakmont that I just sold. It was a financial disaster. Traffic into and out of Pittsburgh is terrible at best. The raw sewage that dumps directly into the Allegheny River just opposite the bridge leaves quite an aroma and impression just after a heavy rain. Being 7 miles outside of Pittsburgh sounds convenient, but it is anything but. I would strongly suggest moving directly into the wonderful neighborhoods in the city itself and steer clear of Oakmont.
