Unless you're just a tourist who wants to dink around the quaint little town of Winslow, you're going to need a car. Or a bike. But you certainly can't rely on the public transportation as the buses concerned solely with commuter hours. It's not the end of the world, but if you want to see anything cool on this island, you'd better know someone who can show you around.
