Lived in Warroad for 4 years, some great people live in Warroad. But, a huge overwhelming black cloud of influence from the largest employer (not to be mentioned). The town businesses hate the influence from this employer and the majority of its family due to the fact they are above the towns people. There's not a move in this town that isn't viewed, approved, and blessed by the family, and tits public figure mayor uncle Bob. The town is dying and completely void of any entrepreneur spirit. A move to Warroad should be viewed as your last choice, and highly recommend deep consideration before even considering a move to this dying community, your help is not wanted.
