If you are a big fan of run down trailer parks this place is for you. The downtown consists of crumbling single wide trailers with yards full of trash. No building codes, no zoning laws. There are some well built custom homes in the hills but the town "government" will allow a mobile to be placed right on the property line of your developed land, reducing its value. Site built homes and trailers don't mix, but here anything goes. Avoid this dump.
