A three bedroom 2 bath 1200 square foot home with a two car garage will cost $179,000. In my opinion, houses in this price range need a lot of work. I found one that was livable, but the yard needed a lot of work. It was all down hill no level spots, no lawn, yappy dogs next door with a chainlink fence. Absolutely no view.
