Commack has a lot to offer. Excellent schools, large selection of medical and dental practices, A and B rated leapfrog hospitals, extensive shopping areas, variety of grocery stores including Whole Foods and Trader Joe. Great restaurants. Everything for daily living needs are convenient and assessable. Neighborhoods are well kept, esthetically pleasing and safe. Children ride bikes, people walk their dogs, etc. Crime rates in residential neighborhoods are low. Commack has an abundance of shopping centers including Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot big box warehouses such as Costco and BJ’s and more. These commercials areas attract lots of people to the shopping from surrounding localities and with large populations of people coming to shop it raises the amount of crime in the commercial shopping areas.
