Quality of Life in Pendergrass

We have lived in Pendergrass for over a year and really enjoy the amenties of (really) small town life. Walking the kids to the park and library, knowing the neighbors.
We came here as the middle ground between jobs in Gainesville and Athens and would recommend Pendergrass as a great place to live.
