Great place to raise a family

We have lived on the east side of Spartanburg for 17 years and it has been a great place to live. While relatively small, it has 4 colleges and offers some culture. There are no traffic jams. District 7 schools are excellent, and my children got a great education. Housing is very reasonable, and the climate is great- 4 seasons with mild winters. People are very friendly.
