We are thinking about relocating to Indiana, we have heard great things about the educational system in the Noblesville area. We have one child and the school system in Florida is horrible. So we plan to leave. However, we are concerned with winter driving. We here about "black ice" and and people that have come here from up north say it is horrible in the winter. So I wanted to gets a few peoples opinoions on winter driving.
