Kenmore is the perfect place to live

I have lived here a long time and we are pleased with Kenmore. We have one of the best school districts..Northshore School District! We are 25 minutes to either Seattle, Bellevue or Everett. Located at the North end of Lake Washington and minutes to the Burke Gilman hiking Trail. Yes, are homes are going up as it is a wonderful place to raise a family. We do have homes on large 1/2 acre lots as well as new homes on smaller lots. Some of our older homes have views of the lake as well. One thing for sure you buy in Kenmore you will make money!
