It Works But It's Not Great

I've lived in Pinellas Park around twelve years now. It's not a very glamorous place to live but it is towards the center of the county which makes getting around easy and its close to the beaches. Overall I wouldn't choose to live here again especially these days. Many people have moved here over the past two years from up north which has caused housing and rent prices to increase to a level many cannot afford. There has also been an increase in crime with many car break-ins or vandalism being reported constantly. I live near a busy road and it's a constant parade of sirens. Traffic is horrendous (that goes for essentially the entire county and surrounding counties) but has worsened since so many more people have moved to the area. Overall it's not a terrible place to live, but its not a place I would suggest anyone choose unless it was a necessity. There are other towns in Pinellas County that are much nicer, safer and have better homes.
