Review of Riverview, Florida

Too many empty houses...
Star Rating - 4/26/2011
We've lived in Riverview for 4 years now, and our neighborhood is about half empty, and has been as long as we've been here. Almost all the houses are rentals, which is obvious from the state of the yards, ours is no exception unfortunately. The neighborhood was built during the boom, the houses all have "issues", the yards are all sand under the cheap grass, it's going to take a lot of work, and a lot of money, to save this area! I have to say, though, the schools are great, and the people are nice.
