Tulsa nice place

My wife and I have lived in the Tulsa area for nearly 18 years and it's not as bad as people say it is. There are some cities I've lived in that are worse than here such as Flint, MI, Jackson, MS, Beaumont, TX and New Orleans. I live in a suburb called Broken Arrow and it's nicer than Tulsa and it has pretty much everything you need without going to Tulsa, but Tulsa gets a bad rap because it's in Oklahoma and the past was really bad here because of the 1921 race riots but that was nearly 100 years ago. We have raised our kids here and they are getting a good education. Maybe some of you have bad experiences here, but I haven't. The only thing that I can say is, it can get pretty boring at times and you have to find something to do, but seriously please stop bashing Tulsa.
