New Hampton is a pleasant typical small Iowa town. As the county seat, there is a nucleus of family-owned businesses and professional services. There are also quite a few industrial plants and of course a strong ag sector. A great little hospital/clinic and good schools. New Hampton is looking to grow industry, jobs, and population. A strong sense of community and good work ethic can be expected.
