Nine inches of snow is complete BS.

When is the last time Kingsport got 9" of snow? This is ridiculous. The last time they did get a decent snowfall they didn't even get 9" and it was record setting so obviously this is a lie. Also, the whole place stinks to high heaven of Eastman and the paper plant. Ewww.

9” is the yearly AVERAGE which accrues over the whole year, not all at one time. Actually, the yearly average should be higher than that.
