I've grown up in Kenosha from the age 11 to 20 and still keep coming back to visit since my parents live in the town. It has completely turned into a sleeping town. For teens there is completely nothing to do, it was one of the most boring and self-destructive towns in that aspect. Now all the old hang out spots have been shut down and there is even less to do. The crime is at an all time low, and the weather is not great. It's usually humid, and either feels to hot or too cold. There are no jobs in the town unless you work at a school, hospital or a retail store. It's a very peaceful town for families with small kids and old people. The school system was terrible after elementary school. I couldn't imagine why anyone would want to live here but people are different so visit first and then decide. If you are a single person it will drive you nuts.
