I'll always love North East the best, as I was born and raised here. I miss most the lake access, grape vineyards, and smells of apple orchards in the fall.
Schools here are still good at the public level. Parents are still involved. Erie County in general is a depressed area so if you're unskilled you'll have a tougher time living here.
