Review of Sylvania, Ohio

Nice Suburb of Toledo
Star Rating - 1/26/2016
Sylvania, Ohio is a suburb of Toledo, Ohio in the Northwest part of the state. The climate here is pretty decent if you are OK with a fairly long winter. Sometimes the winters are pretty mild and sometimes quite severe, but in general, we don't get very deep snowfalls. In the summer, it is usually mild with highs in the 80's throughout June and July, with the temps moderating in August and generally a very good September and October. Humidity can be high in the summer months, but not like the southeast, where I lived in my childhood years. All in all, it's not that bad, but we do have a lot of retirees who go to the South or keep winter homes in Florida or South Carolina.
