I have lived all over the world including Savannah and Johnson City. And by far Johnson City is a much better place to live. Savannah you will deal with homelessness and pandering of folks that constantly harass you for money. other than the fishing and the downtown life of Savannah there is nothing to do in the area whereas Johnson City has a vast assortment of things to keep one occupied from hiking to fishing to go into clubs to go into amusement parks from going on scenic tours to historical tours. Johnson City a lower cost of living compared to Savannah also the people are much more friendlier and more open than in Savannah there is really no separation of the quote Good side bad side of Town in Savannah it pretty much is a hit or miss when it comes to that. The weather summertime Savannah,full of bugs, hot and humid. Winter time Savannah is better with mild temperatures compared to Johnson city's said freezing temperatures. Cost of living lower in Johnson City than Savannah. Crime rate Savannah is two times more likely to be robbed than in Johnson City. Employment, Johnson City has more opportunity than Savannah.
