I think people have the rights to move to Eugene whatever you like it or not. People moved away from big cities for a reason because they want a smaller city like Eugene to retire and tired of traffic. A growing city means better ecomony and Eugene has always been a small city and I doubt that its going to grow very big like Portland and if its going to grow big like portland its going to take like 50 years and Portland is still going to be bigger than Eugene so you can't really control the growing amount of people by telling people not to move to Eugene and Eugene is a very nice place and I think people have the rights to move to Eugene and I am thinking about moving to Eugene to get out of the hellhole where I live.
