Eugene is Beautiful! -
1/30/2022I moved out to Eugene, Oregon back in 2006. Unfortunately I was only privileged to live there for less than 2 years. Eugene is one the most beautiful cities in the entire country! The natural beauty, the people, and even the way the city was designed to accommodate for people (especially pedestrians), rivals most cities in this country which designed specificallywith cars in mind. I
The one and onlyissuei have withEugeneis my inabilityto decide if I should refer to Eugene as a town, or a city. Eugene is the perfect blend between city and town with the very best of both worlds when you consider the culture, accommodations, population size, and the amazing community. Eugene best asset revolves around its small-town courtesy, energy and the surrounding natural environment.
Eugene supports and hosts every type independent business that could think of, from Beer, Wine, Retailers , Restaurants. Eugene's independent spirit also attracts Musicians, Artists and performing Artists from all over the nation and world by hosting Artwalks, Venues, Galleries and Museums.
Compared to another city in the pacific northwest Eugene is more affordable with a very stable real estate market and there are jobs available too.
By far the very BEST asset in Eugene are the people! If could go right now. Clearly I highly recommend moving or visiting.
