Review of Prineville, Oregon

Housing Epidemic
Star Rating - 6/2/2018
Prineville is a great place to live, if you can find a home to live in. There is a housing shortage, at less than 1% and holding for more than 3 years. Otherwise, we have one of the lowest violent crime rates, people are friendly and lovely parks. The small city of Prineville is growing at a rapid rate and nobody's keeping up with the needs of the citizens. I love this town, but watching the decline, caring for the citizens is really sad and hard to watch.

Friends moved to Prineville last month from coastal Oregon. They wanted to stop seeing homeless people and start seeing more open spaces. They bought a house. They’re snowbirds who winter in Arizona.
