Ten years I moved back to the neighborhood because I've got a job in Manhattan. The commute time is about 40 minutes from here to downtown New York. I see the changes (i.e. improvements) of the neighborhood Sunset Park, the rental cost is essentially lower other neighborhood, so you can only afford to rent, but not buying a house here.
