do you see any changes no and lot of people don't even vote in this poverty retirement town. most of the educated people have left Richmond and Indiana all together. Be a miracle see good paying jobs relocate here unless we get new leadership here and start working hard to save Richmond Now. Some people think Richmond is to late to save. Nobody even cares or to poor to care or on heroin to care.
O well just another day in Richmond nothing changing for the better.
