Review of Panthersville, Georgia

A legacy community
Star Rating - 2/22/2022
I’ve lived in Panthersville for almost 3 years and I LOVE IT.

Panthersville is an up and coming neighborhood with tons of potential. This traditionally African American community has its roots deep in legacy. The pride of the working class families that reside here are proof of its resilience.

Additionally, Panthersville is headquarters for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, and for Georgia Regional Hospital state psychiatric ward. It is also the birthplace of Georgia State University for which it is named.

This neighborhood is close to two major highways and is in close proximity to the airport and downtown Atlanta. The best part is that there is potential for growth in both commercial and non-commercial real estate. It’s a diamond in the rough.
